CORE structured and closed a $117M construction financing for Otonomus from institutional capital providers. Otonomus is a first of its kind hospitality project in Las Vegas, NV consisting of 300 Multifamily units project that will be operated as short term rentals. The units are interconnected allowing room configurations from 1 to 6 bedrooms, leverage an AI-powered tech platform that creates unit availability and efficiently manages to maximize revenue and profitability. The project also includes 40K SF of in-line and outpad retail, and a supercharger.
In the wake of COVID-19, CORE structured and closed a $19.79M construction loan on an urban mixed use project that included retail, flex office and a new spec parking garage. At the time, most people had not yet returned to the office and with significantly reduced traffic, the demand for parking in the urban area was low. CORE identified a lender that shared the project’s vision and understood its potential beyond the headwinds that existed as a result of the pandemic.
